Tuulia is overconfident, rough, and wild. She is a slight chuunibyou and has a yankee temperament, though she is loyal and caring in her own way.

Orga Lux: Tuulia wields an electronic guitar of Lyre-Poros, the Lyre Poros-Polyhymnia (ライアポロス＝ポリムニア). It is capable of emitting a crushing wave and can also deploy a trident-shaped blade of light.
