Toudou Seijirou (刀藤 誠二郎) is Kirin's father.
Appearance[]
Seijirou is a tall and thin man with sunken cheeks. He neatly wears a kinagashi, a kimono without a hakama. During the new years celebrations, he wore a crested kimono with a hakama.

Seijirou has a strict yet kind personality and cares for his daughter Kirin.

Toudouryuu (刀藤流): Seijirou is highly skilled in Toudouryuu, enough to be a master.
Genestellar (星脈世代): As a Genestellar, Seijirou has enhanced physical ability and an aura known as prana.
