- In the light novel, Claudia, Saya, and Kirin visit Ayato but worry and encourage him instead.
- According to volume 8, Haruka's glasses were hidden behind rubble and were also cracked and bent.

- Haruka's glasses originally had gray frames that were changed to red. Also, they never had blood on them.
